All proceeds will go to assist a 2 ½ year old little girl, Thi Be, with major facial deformity. Thi Be was born with a double cleft palate and with no eyelids. Her vision is 80% impaired and the prognosis from the doctors is that she will not live beyond the age of 7, if she does not receive the medical attention that she needs. The current appraisal by Dr Siegfried Franckhauser, Maxillo-Facial Surgeon, at the Franco-Vietnamese Hospital, is that Thi Be will need 11 operations, commencing now until the age of 17.

Chương trình hát opera gây quỹ cho bé Ellie

Puccini Festival Australia cùng với gia đình Barca sẽ t ổ chức một buổi trình diễn hoà nhạc opera, do nhạc trưởng Maestro Vldimir Vais điều khiển tại vuờn hoa Vila Verde, chủ nhật 26/11/2006.
Tất cả những tài chánh ủng hộ trong buổi hoà nhạc này sẽ được dùng vào việc chi phí giải phẫu cho bé Thị Bé 2 tuổi rưỡi tại Việt Nam. Thị Bé mang tật bẩm sanh không miệng và mí mắt. Thêm vào đó mắt của em bị loà 80% và chuẩn đoán của bác sĩ cho biết em sẽ không sống quá 7 tuổi nếu không được giải phẫu kịp thời. Chuẩn đoán của bác sĩ chuyên khoa Siegfried Fanckhause, Maxillo-Facial Surgion ở bệnh viện Franco-Vietnam (Sàigòn) cho biết Thị Bé sẽ cần 11 lần giải phẫu từ giờ cho đến lúc em 17 tuổi.
Buổi hoà nhạc đ ược trình diễn bởi các nhạc sĩ Lucia Naviglio, Lynlee Williams, Fiona Keys Rocco Barca v à Manuel Jimenez-Navarro. Đàn piano do hai nhạc sĩ Maestro Vais và Larissa OBerfeld trình bày.
Được sự ủng hộ của chủ gia Rocco và Antonietta Barce, Villa Verde sẽ mở cổng từ 1.30pm chiều để quan khách có dịp ngẳm và thưởng thức những loại hoa đặc sắc được chăm sóc chuyên nghiệp và chu đáo. Sẽ có phần ăn nhẹ chiều do tiệm café Brunetti va Crivelli bảo trợ.
